Vanta™ handheld XRF analyzers are rugged and built for analytically demanding applications in the harshest environments. Vanta Element analyzers are IP54 rated for protection against dust and water, are drop tested, and built to withstand a temperature range of -10 °C to 45 °C (14 °F to 113 °F).
Vanta Element XRF analyzers provide fast, accurate elemental analysis. Each device features Olympus’ Axon Technology™, a revolution in XRF signal processing that provides accurate, repeatable results for greater productivity and a fast return on investment. Vanta analyzers feature an intuitive interface and application-specific software so new users can work with the device with minimal training. Data is easily exported wirelessly or via USB.
Engineered for durability, the Vanta™ Element analyzer is built to withstand harsh testing conditions. Ease of use and efficient data management round out the analyzer’s advantages, providing an entry-level package with streamlined capabilities that is well-suited for demanding applications such as scrap sorting.
The Vanta Element XRF analyzer series provides elemental analysis for fast alloy grade identification and sorting at an affordable price. The series is available in two cost-effective models:
Both models feature fast grade ID and clear on-screen grade comparison to speed up metal testing for scrap sorting, metal manufacturing, and precious metals analysis.
The smartphone-like user interface is easy to use and easy to learn, helping to streamline both user training and the sorting process.
