ULTRA300 –UNIMETRO Vision measuring machine

◆ Kiểm soát chi tiết chất lượng

1. Trục Cơ sở và cột đá granit, độ ổn định tuyệt vời;
2. Khu vực đặt mẫu bằng nhôm, làm cho việc điều khiển chuyển động phản ứng nhanh và linh hoạt;
3. Khu vực đặt mẫu với bề mặt oxy hóa cứng xử lý chống trầy xước;
4. Tiêu chuẩn với hướng dẫn tuyến tính chính xác, vít bi mài và động cơ servo AC, v.v., để đảm bảo độ chính xác và ổn định của hệ thống chuyển động;
5. Hệ thống điều khiển tích hợp, được nhúng với điều khiển chuyển động, và tất cả điều khiển tín hiệu như chiếu sáng và đọc thang đo tuyến tính, đảm bảo hiệu suất của máy cực kỳ ổn định.

◆ Cấu hình hiệu suất cao

1. XYZ ba trục điều khiển tự động CNC và định vị chính xác;
2. Thang đo tuyến tính bằng thủy tinh có độ chính xác cao 0,1 um để đảm bảo độ chính xác định vị và độ chính xác đo lường của hệ thống;
3. Camera màu độ phân giải cao GIGA đáp ứng nhu cầu quan sát rõ ràng và đo đạc chính xác;
4. Ống kính zoom nhấp có độ phân giải cao 6,5x, nhân đôi chính xác và chỉ cần chỉnh sửa pixel một lần;

5.Với bề mặt lập trình được 5 vòng 8 chia LED Chiếu sáng lạnh và chiếu sáng song song LED đường viền và điều chỉnh ánh sáng thông minh tích hợp, nó có thể tự động điều khiển độ sáng trong 8 phân chia và nhận ra điều chỉnh độ sáng 256 mức một cách thông minh.

◆ Phần mềm đo lường hiệu quả

1. Với phần mềm đo tổng hợp RationalVue ngoài mảng, dòng ULTRA có khả năng cung cấp chức năng đo tổng hợp 2D / 3d mạnh mẽ;
2. Giao diện hoạt động đơn giản và dễ hiểu giúp việc đo lường đơn giản và hiệu quả hơn;

3.Chương trình đo tự động có thể được thiết lập để hoàn thành việc đo hàng loạt một cách hiệu quả và nhanh chóng.

◆ Khả năng mở rộng linh hoạt

1. Nhiều loại cảm biến không tiếp xúc và hệ thống cố định nhanh là tùy chọn, có thể đáp ứng yêu cầu đo lường khác nhau từ các khách hàng khác nhau
2. Đèn LED vòng màu có thể di chuyển được dành cho dòng ULTRA, giúp dòng linh hoạt và mạnh mẽ hơn cho các bộ phận khác nhau với các loại vật liệu hoặc hình dạng khác nhau, cung cấp ứng dụng đo mạnh mẽ hơn.

     3.Nhờ khả năng mở rộng linh hoạt của dòng ULTRA, nó tương thích với đầu dò cảm ứng, cảm biến đo không tiếp xúc và cánh tay robot, giúp tăng cao hiệu quả đo,
